Concert Celebrating Native American Heritage Month

Mikaela Pace, Native American Soprano

We will be presenting works about and by several Native American composers including Connor Chee (b. 1987, Navajo), Charles Shadle (b. 1960, Choctaw), and Tim Long (Muscogee, Choctaw). We will also discuss the tribes who lived on this land (Austin area) before it was settled.
